Client Overview Vernovis is partnering with a high growth organization that is expanding its accounting team to help manage a high volume of new projects and large YoY increases in revenue. What You'll Do Responsible for ensuring timely completion of all month-end financial reporting tasks, and ensure department goals and objectives are achieved Generate reports including Revenue, A/R, and Job Cost Collaborate with Project Managers on monthly WIP reporting Month-end close and consolidations for multiple locations Manage and follow up on change order requests as it relates to maintaining an accurate project budget Financial Reporting – Prepare and distribute regular financial reports to project managers and/or senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and project status as instructed Continuous process improvement to ensure timely and accurate month-end close process What Experience You'll Have 3+ years of project accounting Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to lead small team of accountants on projects The Vernovis Difference Join our collaborative work environment so that we can all do our best work and learn from each other.
