Job Summary Join us as a Call Center Representative (Fundraising-Charities) to help raise funds for charitable organizations. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in NE Portland, Oregon. Compensation Base pay: $18.00–20 per hour (effective April 1st) Part‑time rate: $16.00 per hour No performance or commission‑based pay Position Highlights No cold calling – you will only contact prior donors No major holidays No remote work; it is a permanent, all-year-round role Team spirit and a positive, drama-free workplace Flexible scripting – bring your personality to the conversation Excellent training program for all learning styles Job is permanent (no temp work) Benefits Retirement plans Paid‑Time Off Dental, Medical, and Vision coverage Full‑Time Scheduling & Hours Schedule 1 – M‑F AM Mon: 10:00–4:30pm Tues‑Fri: 9:00–5:30pm Schedule 2 – M‑F PM Mon: 10:00–4:30pm Tues‑Fri: 10:30–7:00pm Schedule 3 – T‑Sat AM Tues‑Fri: 9:00–5:30pm Sat: 9:00–5:30pm Schedule 4 – T‑Sat PM Tues‑Fri: 10:30–7:00pm Sat: 9:00–5:30pm Schedule 5 – T‑Fri 9:00–7:00pm with a 10‑hour shift and 3 days off (includes weekend) Part‑Time Scheduling & Hours Flexible schedule based on your needs Typical 6‑hour shift (9:00–3:00pm) 24–38 hours per week Candidate Requirements Positive attitude Good communication skills Basic computer experience Passion for helping those in need Preferred: prior customer service, sales, or call center experience (not required) Desire for a stable, permanent role with a growing company Ready to develop under coaching and stay reliable Consistent scheduling and reliability Screening Questions What motivates you?
