We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Roofing Installer who takes pride in doing quality work the right way. If you’re someone who values consistency, follows through, and enjoys working with your hands in a team environment, this role is for you.

This position is ideal for someone who prefers clear direction, steady work, and takes satisfaction in seeing a job done correctly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems (shingle, tile, metal, flat roofs)
• Remove old materials and prepare surfaces for new roofing systems
• Load, transport, and organize materials and equipment
• Support installation of insulation, underlayment, and vapor barriers
• Safely use roofing tools and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE at all times
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and efficient
• Work closely with your crew to complete projects on schedule
• Communicate clearly with your team regarding tasks and progress

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in construction or roofing preferred
• Ability to lift, climb, and work at heights
• Reliable transportation

• You follow direction well and steadily improve your skills
• You prioritize safety and maintain awareness on the job site

Working Conditions

• Outdoor work in varying weather (heat, rain, wind)
• Physically demanding work including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
