Job Description:

✅ KITCHEN STAFF

✅ Dates: 09/23/2026-09/27/2026

✅ Pay: $20/hr

Job Requirements:

✅ Must pass a background check

✅ Must speak English

✅ Food Handler Certified

✅ Must be able to bend, lift, and stoop frequently

✅ Be able to work with all food types, including allergens, and provide exceptional customer service

Prepcook Duties and Responsibilities:

✅ Food Preparation: Wash, peel, chop, slice, and dice vegetables, fruits, and meats.

✅ Batch Cooking: Make basic sauces, dressings, soups, or marinades ahead of time.

✅ Portioning and Labeling: Measure, portion, and label ingredients with expiration dates to ensure freshness and reduce waste.

✅ Stocking and Inventory: Check inventory levels, restock stations, and rotate stock in coolers or freezers.

✅ Kitchen Cleanliness: Wash dishes, sanitize cutting boards and countertops, and keep the work area safe and organized.

Dress Code: Black polo shirt, black slacks, black socks, and black non-slip shoes

Work Schedule:

✅ Multiple shifts available

✅Shift Length: 10-14 hours, depending on role and location. (Note: This job may involve extended periods of walking, standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and kneeling.)
