What You'll Do Transport customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and the rental car facility. Greet customers and assist with loading and unloading luggage. Communicate route information and stop details, and share next steps in the rental process. Use strong customer service skills to create a friendly, professional environment while following all safety procedures, driving standards, and DOT requirements.
