Unit People & Culture Business Partner (Hybrid Role)

Job Responsibilities:
- NA
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- HR background with project management experience (ideal).
- HR certifications and proven HR work history (asset).
- Familiarity with HR systems, system upgrades, and LEAN technologies (Lean software experience preferred).
- Change management experience is a strong asset.
Education/Experience:
- University degree with 2+ years of related experience, OR minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in French (spoken & written) is required
- Intermediate level of spoken and written English (required to communicate with colleagues, clients, and partners outside Quebec).
