**Exciting Opportunity for CVOR Circulating RN!** **Job Description:** - Join our dynamic Cardiovascular Operating Room team as a Circulating Registered Nurse! - Enjoy a 4x10 hour day shift from 06:00 - 16:30. - Experience a collaborative environment with opportunities to enhance your skills. - No need for prior travel experience; we welcome first-time travelers! - Participate in a diverse range of cardiothoracic procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** - Circulate within the cardiovascular operating room. - Administer blood and blood products. - Handle and label specimens with precision. - Start peripheral IVs confidently. - Implement Universal Protocol and conduct time-out procedures. - Perform urinary bladder catheterizations as needed. **Preferred Skills and Experiences:** - Familiarity and experience with: - Aortic Aneurysm repair - Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) - Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) - MAZE Procedures - Mitral valve replacement - Pericardial window surgeries - Scrubbing during cardiovascular surgeries **Certifications:** - Preferred: - ACLS - BLS - CNOR (a bonus, not required) **Work Setting:** - 2 Surgical Rooms - Call duty required - Pre-approved time off requests: 2 - A supportive team environment focused on professional growth. **Location Note:** - This position is not available for travelers residing in specific counties: - Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, and Morris. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
