PreK-5 Instructional and Data Support Specialist (TOSA)

District-wide. This position serves staff located at two of the District's PreK-5 sites. Each site is served by a 0.50 FTE Instructional and Data Support Specialist. 1.00 FTE total This position begins on August 26, 2026. Position Description / Qualifications The PreK-5 Instructional and Data Support Specialist works to help staff continuously grow their individual and collective instructional capacity to improve student learning. They develop a learning culture that honors the increasing complexity of the work by providing opportunities for staff to share with one another and assist in improvement without being concerned about evaluation. The IDSS Specialist provides teacher support in the areas of data collection, organizing and analyzing data, developing Individual Growth Plans, establishing student learning goals, suggesting and curating ideas, strategies and tools, modeling lessons, providing resources for core instruction, intervention and personalized professional development, sharing non‑evaluative formative feedback.
