PRN Advanced Practice Provider

OSF HealthCare is seeking a PRN Advanced Practice Provider to work collaboratively with an OBGYN specializing in NaPro Technology and the Creighton Model Fertility Care System to provide comprehensive women's health, fertility, and gynecologic care.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing outpatient and inpatient care for women with gynecologic, hormonal, and fertility-related conditions.
• Supporting the evaluation and management of reproductive health conditions, including endometriosis, PCOS, hormonal imbalances, abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroids, chronic pelvic pain, and premenstrual disorders.
• Pre-op evaluations, preparation for surgery, and post-op care.
• Assisting with NaPro Technology treatment plans to support fertility and reproductive health.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic imaging and other test results to guide care planning.
• Coordinating care with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Working 8-hour day shifts.

• Full-time, clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $55.20 - $63.65. This position is paid hourly. Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to provide either advanced practice nursing services in the State of Illinois as issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in accordance with the Illinois Nurse Practice Act OR physician assistant services as issued by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation in accordance with the Illinois Physician Assistant Practice Act of 1987.
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
• BLS/ACLS Certified.
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
• Provider shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
• Previous APP experience with the Creighton Model Fertility Care System is preferred.
