CDL Truck Driver – Residential Garbage Truck Driver
Location: Whitesboro, Texas Pay: $23.00 - $25.00/hr
Drive with Purpose. Grow with Waste Connections. We're looking for experienced and safety-minded CDL Drivers to join our growing team in Whitesboro, Texas.
The Job:
- Safely operate a CDL Truck from our Whitesboro yard—start and end your shift in the same location.
- Service residential routes with timely pickups and deliveries.
- Operate hydraulic and automated lifting systems to load/unload materials and containers.
- Work a consistent schedule: Mon–Fri, 6 AM start | Approx. 50–60hrs./week
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers and customers.
- Conduct daily pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
Requirements:
- Class A or B CDL with airbrakes
- Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
- Clean MVR and safety-first mindset
- Physically able to lift 75+ lbs., climb in/out of truck, and work outdoors in all conditions
