Delivering engaging, user-centered content for innovative financial services products, the remote contract Multimedia Content Designer will craft clear content across digital platforms, develop content strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences. Key responsibilities Design, write, edit, test, and refine content to improve product usability and user engagement Develop and manage content strategies, ensuring cohesive messaging across all digital touch points Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align content with brand tone, voice, and user needs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field Minimum of 5 years experience in UX Content Design, UX Writing, or Content Strategy Proven project management skills, including leading teams and managing timelines Knowledge of web and mobile development standards, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies Experience with user-centered design practices and content tools
