CorePlan is a Perth-based SaaS company modernising the global mining industry. Our drilling management platform replaces paper and spreadsheets with a seamless digital solution used by mining and drilling companies worldwide - from mid-tier explorers to major miners globally. We are a high-performing, self-starting team building the next generation of mining software, growing fast and expanding internationally.

This is not a support role or a project management role. It is for someone who can deep-dive into a customer's technical environment in the morning and explain data lineage to their operations team in the afternoon.

We are looking for someone who has been through enough difficult integrations to know what breaks, and enough customer conversations to know how to prevent it.

You will join CorePlan's Integrations team as a delivery owner, taking end-to-end ownership of customer and partner integrations - from discovery and architecture through to production support. Our customers connect CorePlan to drilling platforms, ERPs, GIS systems, sensors, data warehouses and more. The data is messy, the stakes are real, and the work is genuinely interesting. The role will involve occasional travel to customer sites.

Tech stack: Python, SQL, RESTful APIs, OAuth, JSON, event-driven and file-based pipelines. Exposure to AWS/Azure and Snowflake is a plus.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer and partner integrations - from discovery and technical design through to go-live and ongoing production support.
• Design and implement robust, data-heavy integrations using CorePlan APIs, events, and data platforms, with a strong focus on data validity, traceability, and auditability.
• Translate customer operational workflows (planning, drilling, dispatch, billing, GIS etc.) into clear technical requirements and build reusable, configurable, maintainable integration patterns and solutions.
• Work directly with customers and partners during discovery, testing, and go-live - you are the technical face of the integration. What you learn in customer delivery shapes CorePlan's integration architecture and influences product direction
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to protect core product boundaries and shape how integration patterns scale across customers
• Reduce escalation load and build documentation and standards that make the team's integrations supportable, not just deliverable

What You'll Bring

Essential

• 8+ years of career experience, with at least 2 years in both integration delivery and direct customer-facing work
• Demonstrated experience building and supporting production integrations - APIs, webhooks, event-driven architectures, file-based pipelines, or data platforms
• Strong Python and SQL; comfortable reasoning about data quality, transformation, and pipeline design
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, OAuth authentication, and working with JSON and relational databases
• Real experience working directly with enterprise customers - gathering requirements, managing expectations, and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• A pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset: you can operate with partial requirements, solve problems, develop solutions safely, and get things done without waiting for perfect conditions
• Well-developed habits of using AI tools to accelerate your coding, learning, and problem-solving - this is how we work

Highly Desirable

• Experience in mining, drilling, construction, logistics, or another operationally complex industry - you understand what is at stake when data is wrong
• Familiarity with enterprise or operational systems: ERPs, GIS platforms, hardware sensors, drilling management software
• Experience in a SaaS environment where integrations are customer-critical and on-call is real
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and data warehousing tools (e.g. Snowflake)
