Finisher - Commercial Concrete (Missouri)

IMMEDIATE NEED FOR EXPERIENCED JOURNEYMAN FINISHER! Vee-Jay Cement Contracting is a commercial concrete contractor with a strong growth projection due to our ability to provide excellent service, superior workmanship, a culture of safety and extreme concern for our customers. We are looking for experienced Concrete Finishers for long-term, steady employment.

Responsibilities:

1. Strike off with experience straight edge techniques; float and finish concrete.
2. Finish surfaces of poured concrete slabs using hand tools or power trowel machines.
3. Set and place forms to proper elevations for floors or site work.
4. Cut joints/grooves in concrete with hand tools, as well as layout by setting string lines.
