Job Details: Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification, at least 2 years of clinical experience, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in telehealth or telemetry units is preferred. Float: Must float as needed; this is non-negotiable. Additional Information: The position involves caring for post-cardiac surgery, cardiac, and general medical patients. The role may include acting as Charge RN if needed, requiring excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
