Ive been a State Farm agent for 7 years and bring over 15 years of experience with the company. Im passionate about building a strong team and developing talent, with a focus on long-term growth and success.

Our team consists of seven members across both sales and service roles, working together to deliver excellent customer service and strong results.

I lead a high-performance, growth-focused agency where accountability, coaching, and development are key. Im very hands-on with daily training, consistent feedback, and goal setting to help each team member grow both professionally and personally.

As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tiffany Mapp - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency.
