Construction Project Engineer

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline; equivalent trade/construction experience will also be considered. 3+ years of project management experience in construction or industrial environments. Strong commercial or industrial construction experience. Experience managing capital projects valued at $500K or greater . Hands-on field experience working with contractors and skilled trades. Ability to review and modify drawings using AutoCAD. Experience with bid specification development and contractor negotiations. Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and project execution practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications Sheet metal, mechanical, or trade-related experience. Experience with manufacturing facility construction projects. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification. Experience with ventilation, airflow, HVAC, or environmental control systems. Automotive manufacturing or paint booth project experience.
