HR GENERALIST - WEST HENDERSON HOSPITAL (FULL TIME)

Human Resources Manager

Responsible for assisting in the management of the following functions: employment, policy and procedure interpretation, day-to-day employee relations, and record-keeping/compliance for employee files. Responsible for recruitment and selection of exempt and nonexempt positions by development of effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, human resource management, administration, or other applicable degree program.
• Experience: Five years progressively responsible human resources management experience. One year of experience in an environment with a union presence preferable.
• Other: Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State laws
• Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.
