ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 after completing the State Farm Agent Aspirant program and currently lead a close-knit team of four. I’m a proud Clemson University graduate, married, and a mom of three. State Farm has become a family affair for us - my daughter now works alongside me, and together we bring more than 50 years of combined agency knowledge and experience to our customers and team.

Being involved in our community is incredibly important to us. I’m active with the Junior League of Greenville and the Chamber of Commerce, and our agency proudly sponsors two local elementary schools. We also support the annual Switch golf tournament and Meals on Wheels golf tournament each year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate for Emily Buckingham - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
