• CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP/MTA or equivalent certifications.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment.
• This job operates in a professional office environment.
• This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Responsibilities

• To work alongside and under the guidance of the Lead Configuration Technician in order to support all ITLS configuration depot needs as well as provide field related support on projects.
• Works alongside configuration technicians to configure deployment orders.
• Supports all Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) depot related processes, including receiving, inspect & clean, and inventory management.
• Unboxes and re-boxes configuration orders.
• Participates in general departmental cleanliness efforts.
• Provides onsite field support as needed for projects at customer location.
• Ability to pursue a professional growth path aligned with corporate and departmental initiatives.
• Solid Communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to travel to customer locations for project assistance.
