CFO Chief Financial Officer - Nursing Home Group

As the CFO Chief Financial Officer , you will play a vital role in driving the financial strategy and growth of our organization. We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our finance team and provide strategic guidance to our leadership and management teams.
CFO Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company's financial strategy and goals
Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure excellence in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost reduction
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws, including those related to healthcare and taxation
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our investors, lenders, and other stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to drive positive change within the organization
CFO Chief Financial Officer Requirements:
CFO or senior finance leadership experience in nursing homes or similar industry required
Must be available to work full time, in person, in Monsey, NY
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role
