Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer

Focusing on the design and automation of Microsoft 365 platforms, the full-time remote Microsoft 365 Collaboration Engineer will manage Intune and Microsoft Graph API, develop automation solutions, and oversee collaboration tools like SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manage SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams, ensuring seamless integration and user experience Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of provisioning, permission management, and reporting across the M365 environment Implement governance, security, and compliance controls while diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to the M365 collaboration stack Required Qualifications 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration with a focus on automation and collaboration services Proven experience developing PowerShell-based automation in enterprise M365 environments Technical certifications such as MS-102, MS-301, or equivalent Microsoft 365 certifications are highly desirable Experience with content migration tools like ShareGate or AvePoint Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration architecture and governance frameworks
