Key Responsibilities

• Dismantle, move, assemble, install, and repair industrial machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions
• Disassemble equipment and machinery using appropriate hand and power tools
• Move and position machinery using hoists, dollies, rollers, trucks, and other material-handling equipment
• Assemble and install equipment such as conveyors and tram rails
• Construct foundations, align machinery, and perform scheduled inspections and maintenance
• Set up and operate machine tools and fabrication machinery to rework existing parts or manufacture new parts
• Perform root cause analysis to support equipment reliability and corrective action processes
• Collaborate with vendors, Engineering, team leaders, customers, other trades, and management to resolve equipment and tooling issues
• Rework, repair, and maintain tools made from various materials
• Repair and build lay-up tools
• Perform routine minor machine maintenance, including replacing filters, changing standard machine lights, and maintaining lubrication and coolant levels
• Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision jigs, molds, and fixtures used in aerospace manufacturing
• Follow station safety, quality, clean-as-you-go, Foreign Object Debris (FOD), and OSHA requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and communicate technical or complex issues effectively

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Technical degree or vocational school training
• English
