Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team. This position supports daily production operations through machine operation, product assembly, material handling, and quality control.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble products according to specifications and production standards
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility
- Inspect products for quality and report defects or production issues
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies and production procedures
- Assist other production team members as needed
- Meet daily production, quality, and efficiency goals
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to operate basic tools and machinery
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
