Real Estate Title Closer Opportunity We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Real Estate Title Closer opportunity available with a busy and well-established Florida Real Estate Broker/Title Company for their Bradenton, FL location. The Real Estate Title Closer is responsible for below specific duties. Your specific duties will include: Manage title files from the Sales Contract stage through processing and final closing. Prepare accurate Closing Disclosures (CD) / HUD settlement statements and all required closing documents. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, realtors, and internal teams to collect required documents and resolve title issues. Review title commitments, clear liens and judgments, and ensure compliance with lender closing instructions. Order and review supporting documents such as surveys, pest inspections, insurance certificates, and sales contracts. Prepare the final closing package and ensure all documents are complete and compliant prior to closing. Conduct the closing meeting with buyers and sellers, ensuring all documents are properly executed and finalized. Required qualifications for the position include: 3+ years of experience in Title handling Processing and Closing. High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications for the position include: Closers Choice software Pay Rate Range: $28.85 - $31.25 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
