Production Supervisor

What you will do: Responsible for leading a team of skilled workers to meet production schedules. Collaborates with the production manager to develop and execute production activities in a safe working environment. Follows quality controls and procedures to ensure that raw material and finished goods comply with product specifications. Maintains a safe and clean working environment and promptly addresses any safety concerns. Prepares and maintains production reports, including performance metrics, production output, and quality data, and provides regular updates to management. Safety-sensitive. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related subject or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment with 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role is necessary.
