RN - Case Manager

Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our team. Selected candidates will complete their orientation at a designated facility and will transition to another location upon completion.
Position Overview
This role operates within a Level II trauma hospital with 440 beds. The position involves collaboration with an RN/SW/CMA team utilizing a triad model. The Utilization Review team operates offsite, and Interqual assessments are required for initial and concurrent review as well as discharge assessments. The environment is fast-paced with high-acuity units.
Shift Details
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, rotating every other weekend
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license for Florida or Compact state
- 2-4 years of experience in a case management role within an acute care facility
- Previous experience with Meditech, Midas, Nate, Outlook, and Imobile is preferred
- Experience with HCA is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Ability to adapt easily to fast-paced environments
- Demonstrated capability to function independently
Dress Code
Business casual attire with a white lab coat is required.
