Pick & Pack Worker – Temporary- 25-30 Hours Per Week- Fast Starts!$22/Hour | Paid Weekly | Temporary Opportunity

Location: New Britain, CT
Company: Stanley Black & Decker
Openings: 3 temporary positions
Pay: $22.00 per hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 5–6 hours per day
Work hours: Scheduled between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM
Weekly hours: Approximately 25–30 hours
Anticipated assignment: October 1–October 30, 2026, tentatively

About the Opportunity

Stanley Black & Decker is hiring dependable  Pick & Pack Workers to support a temporary materials organization and relocation project at our New Britain facility.

This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals who enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and completing tasks efficiently. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.

What You’ll Do

• Sort and organize materials and products
• Pick and pack items for shipment or relocation
• Prepare materials for movement
• Palletize and wrap products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow instructions from team leads
• Assist with additional project-related tasks as needed

What You’ll Need

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
• Previous warehouse, packing, manufacturing, or material-handling experience is a plus, but not required
