We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join a truck parts manufacturing team in Wylie, TX. This position is ideal for someone with experience in industrial painting or coating applications who takes pride in quality workmanship and safety.

Job Summary


The Industrial Painter is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing metal truck parts to meet company quality standards. This role involves working in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining attention to detail and following all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking parts prior to painting
• Apply paint, coatings, and finishes using spray equipment or other tools
• Ensure even coverage and high-quality finishes on all products
• Inspect finished parts for defects and touch up as needed
• Maintain painting equipment and keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous industrial or automotive painting experience preferred
• Experience with spray guns and coating equipment
• Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to lift, stand, and work in physically demanding conditions
• Dependable with strong work ethic
