We are seeking a skilled Barber to provide full-service barbering for men's grooming clientele, children and families, and general adult clientele. This role delivers classic cuts and shaves, modern fades and styling, beard design and grooming, and other personalized services while balancing scheduled appointments with walk-ins.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to understand grooming preferences and recommend suitable services.
- Deliver classic haircuts, modern fades, and professional hair styling.
- Provide traditional and contemporary shaving services.
- Design, trim, and groom beards to each client's desired style.
- Serve men's grooming clientele, children and families, and general adult clientele.
- Manage a balanced flow of scheduled appointments and walk-in clients.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a barbering program or cosmetology training.
- Active state barber license.
- Proficiency in clipper cutting and scissor cutting.
- Experience with razor shaving and beard trimming.
- Hair styling skills.
- Strong customer service and active listening skills.
