What You'll Do

As a Wealth Management Trainee, you will:

• Build and develop a client base through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building.
• Learn to identify clients' financial needs and provide solutions aligned with their goals.
• Develop knowledge in areas including retirement planning, asset and income protection, investments, financial services, and wealth management .
• Establish long-term relationships with individuals and families by providing education and ongoing client service.
• Use financial tools, software, and product illustrations to help clients understand their options.
• Complete professional training and pursue applicable licenses and registrations as you progress.
• Work alongside experienced professionals and mentors as you develop your financial-services career.
• Build toward advanced opportunities in Financial Advising, Wealth Management, Retirement Planning, and Leadership .
