• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Automotive service advisor experience preferred, but motivated candidates with strong customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply
