About Our Client

The Director of Finance will oversee core financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and reporting. This position requires a hands-on leader with expertise in financial analysis, inventory processes, and cost management to drive operational efficiency and profitability.

Our client is a growing leader in the Food & Beverage and Nutrition & Wellness space and is experiencing a rapid period of growth. The Finance Director will directly report into the CFO with regularly interaction to the Owner of the business.

Job Description

• Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and longrange financial planning processes
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership
• Support corporate initiatives, investments, and growth strategies with rigorous financial analysis
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare and present financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards
• Analyze variances versus budget, forecast, and prior periods; identify trends and risks
• Serve as a trusted finance partner to department leaders across the organization
• Evaluate business cases, pricing strategies, and costoptimization opportunities
• Improve financial visibility and accountability across business units

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 7+ years in Finance
• Consumer Goods Industry Experience
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with ERP Systems/Platforms.
• Financial modeling, variance analysis, compliance, and process optimization.
• Strong ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
