Senior Staff Attorney – Immigration | Chicago | $80K–$100K

A mission-driven opportunity for an experienced immigration attorney to make a meaningful impact in Chicago’s immigrant communities while working alongside a collaborative network of legal professionals.

A well-established nonprofit organization is seeking a Senior Staff Attorney with removal defense experience to support its growing immigration practice. This is an opportunity to contribute to important community initiatives, collaborate with nonprofit and pro bono attorneys across Illinois, and help expand access to immigration legal services.

The Opportunity

Compensation: $80K–$100K
Location: Pilsen, Chicago
Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week
Experience: Prior immigration law and removal proceedings experience required
Organization: Established nonprofit focused on community development and immigrant services

What You’ll Do

Represent and support clients in immigration removal proceedings.
Manage immigration cases and provide legal guidance to individuals and families.
Collaborate with nonprofit organizations, pro bono attorneys, and community partners.
Contribute to immigration initiatives and community-based legal services.
Help expand access to legal resources for underserved communities.
