About the Role ODRA is seeking a Warehouse Assistant (Warehouse Associate / Material Handler) to support and strengthen daily warehouse operations at our facility. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and keeping things moving in a fast‑paced environment. You won’t just be moving parts, you’ll play a critical role in shipping and receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment, ensuring materials and components are handled with precision so production and delivery stay on track. What You’ll Be Doing Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments (shipping and receiving) Pick, pack, and prepare orders (order picking / order fulfillment) Load and unload materials safely and efficiently Sort, label, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment Operate warehouse equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Work closely with production and logistics teams to meet daily priorities What You Bring Previous experience as a warehouse associate, warehouse worker, or material handler Proficiency in order picking, packing, and general warehouse operations Experience operating forklift and/or order picker (required) Ability to safely load and unload materials while following safety standards Familiarity with inventory systems, or warehouse management systems (WMS) Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing orders and inventory control Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment Valid North Dakota driver's license (or equivalent) Ability to operate a full‑size pickup truck and trailer What You’ll Get at ODRA Competitive hourly wage Health and Dental Insurance Paid time off Stable, full‑time work in a growing company Supportive, team‑first environment Opportunities to grow as the company continues to expand If you’re looking for steady work, real responsibility, and the chance to grow with a company gaining momentum-ODRA is ready for you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
