If you're a motivated installer who wants to be surrounded by talented teammates, you'll fit right in.What You'll Be DoingInstalling residential HVAC replacement and retrofit systemsInstalling furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-splitsFabricating and modifying ductwork systemsRunning refrigeration lines, gas piping, venting, and controls wiringPerforming equipment startups and commissioningTroubleshooting installation challenges in the fieldMaintaining clean, safe, and organized job sitesWorking closely with homeowners and team members to ensure a positive customer experienceFollowing all manufacturer specifications, safety requirements, and local codesWhat We're Looking For3+ years of residential HVAC installation experienceStrong retrofit and replacement experience preferredAbility to work independently and maintain productivity without constant supervisionExperience with:FurnacesHeat PumpsAir Conditioning SystemsAir HandlersDuctwork ModificationsRefrigeration PipingGas PipingUnderstanding of low-voltage controls and HVAC wiringAbility to perform startups, testing, and system verificationValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
