You'll work closely with our operations team to make sure product moves accurately and efficiently — from receiving and storage through pick, pack, and ship. This is a hands-on role in a small, collaborative environment where your work directly impacts the customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, inspect, and put away inbound shipments from manufacturing and third-party suppliersSupport pick and pack operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately according to specs and brand standardsAssist in staging outbound shipments via small parcel and freight carriers, including cold-chain packing when requiredMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment including regular tidying of work areas and common spacesSupport proper storage and rotation of inventory (FIFO) to ensure product integrityMonitor and maintain shipping supply inventory (boxes, tape, void fill, cold-chain materials, etc.), flagging replenishment needs proactivelyConduct cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventoryFlag discrepancies, damages, or quality issues to the operations teamSupport special projects including retail replenishment, wholesale orders, and promotional kitsQualifications1+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience (consumer goods or food/beverage a plus)Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to operate or learn to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forkliftsDependable, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasksAble to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working at a physical pace — standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and moving throughout the warehouseFlexible to accommodate shift or schedule changes as neededBasic computer skillsJob Type & CompensationJob Types: Full-time, Part-timeMonday-Friday 9am-6pm with optional Saturdays during peak season.Pay Range: $21-25 per hour (based on experience)BenefitsPaid Time Off: Earn up to 25 paid days annuallyHealth Insurance: 80% employer contribution for full-time employees for medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) Retirement Plan: Currently employee contribution onlyPerformance-Based BonusesAnniversary BonusesRegular weekly schedulePart-time opportunities75% product discount24+ free products annuallyWarm, supportive work environmentSnacks, team events, and a culture of celebration!Kate McLeod is committed to building a diverse team and fostering an inclusive culture.
