Hiring: Lead Prep Cooks, Hot Bar Cooks, Line Cooks and Dishwashers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and recipes according to company standards.
• Cook and prepare high-quality food items in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the kitchen.
• Assist with inventory management, food rotation, and waste reduction.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and service goals.
• Lead Prep Cooks will oversee prep operations, train team members, and support kitchen leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen, prep cook, line cook, or food service experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
