European Human Resources Director

European Human Resources Director We are currently seeking an European Human Resources Director, you will join a leading industrial group with 10,000 employees spread across 20 major production sites, located at the heart of Europe’s key strategic regions. Within a division engaged in profound transformation, you are the architect of global HR policies, responsible for creating a coherent and ambitious vision fully aligned with the group’s growth strategy. Your mission is to generate lasting performance; technological innovation, operational excellence, and proactive talent management come together to position the organization as an undisputed market leader. Your role involves harmonizing HR processes across the continent, overseeing talent management, international mobility, skills development, compensation policies, and promoting diversity. As a genuine conductor of organizational transformation, you lead social dialogue, drive the evolution of roles, and support the digitalization of HR practices for the entire division. You ensure each site benefits from tailored support adapted to its local realities while fully respecting the group’s identity and values. Your leadership, political acumen, and ability to navigate international complexity make you an indispensable partner to the European Executive Committee.
