About the Position

Enterprise Medical Recruiting is partnering with a rapidly growing Gastroenterology network in Wyoming to recruit a Gastroenterologist for their Casper-based practice. The organization is open to both Advanced Endoscopists and General GI physicians looking to join a highly productive, physician-friendly group with multiple income streams and long-term partnership potential.

Practice Highlights

• Primarily an outpatient GI opportunity based in Casper, Wyoming
• Practice includes an ASC, a clinic, and a network of satellite outreach locations
• Guaranteed base salary ranging from $550K-$650K based on experience
• Additional productivity compensation tied to collections after threshold attainment
• Equity and ownership opportunities available within the organization
• Ancillary revenue participation available, including pathology lab income after six months
• Research opportunities with additional compensation available for serving as Principal Investigator
• ERCP and EUS skills are welcomed, but not required
• Shared call coverage with the local hospital
• Sign-on incentives and long-term retention package available
• Relocation allowance
• J1 waiver sponsorship and Green Card support available
• Established infrastructure with physician and APP support already in place
