RN - Emergency Department (ED)Pay: $50/hr Shift: 12-Hour NightsDutiesProvide independent nursing care and perform delegated medical functions in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department.Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor changes in health status.Provide patient education and health counseling.Administer treatments and therapies to stabilize and support patients.Execute delegated medical functions and coordinate patient care.Refer patients for additional evaluation or treatment when necessary.Review and monitor treatment plans and patient progress.Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.Utilize available resources to ensure high-quality patient care.Support the organization's mission, vision, values, and service standards.Perform additional duties as assigned.Float to other departments within product of competency based on operational needs.Participate in on-call rotations as required.RequirementsExperiencePrevious Registered Nurse experience preferred.Must be able to perform all essential nursing duties in an Emergency Department setting.LicenseActive RN License (State-specific or Compact, as applicable).SkillsStrong emergency assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and patient care abilities.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.Proficient in documentation and multidisciplinary collaboration.
