Starting pay is $18.00/hour with a pay review after 90 days. Future increases are based on 
performance and merit.

What You'll Do
As a Masker, you'll prepare parts before they are powder coated. Your day-to-day work will include:

• Reviewing work tickets and job requirements to understand how each part needs to be prepared
• Applying tape, plugs, caps, and other masking materials to protect specified areas before powder coating
• Inspecting your work for accuracy and keeping job information updated in our real-time production schedule

Attention to detail is important. Small masking mistakes can affect the finished product, so we're looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job correctly.

What to Expect
This is a hands-on position in a powder coating facility. You'll spend most of the day on your feet and perform some repetitive work that requires patience, consistency, and attention to detail.
Dependability is a must. Regular attendance, arriving on time, and being ready to work at the beginning of your scheduled shift are essential to this position.
You should also be comfortable:

• Following written and verbal instructions while working at a steady pace and maintaining quality
• Standing for an 8-10 hour shift and regularly bending, reaching, and stooping
• Lifting 25+ lbs

No powder coating experience is required. This is an entry-level position, and employees who perform well and want to learn are encouraged to train in other areas of the company.
