Crestfield Talent is seeking an organized Scheduling Coordinator to support daily appointment planning, customer communication, and internal scheduling activities. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing changing priorities throughout the day.

You’ll help coordinate schedules, confirm appointments, update internal records, and communicate with customers and team members to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm customer appointments

• Update calendars and internal scheduling systems

• Respond to scheduling questions by phone and email

• Reschedule appointments when changes occur

• Maintain accurate customer and appointment records

• Coordinate availability with internal teams

• Follow up on missed or pending appointments

• Assist with general administrative support when needed

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone

• Good attention to detail

• Basic computer and data-entry skills

• Able to manage multiple schedules and priorities

• Reliable and professional

• Previous scheduling, customer service, or office experience is preferred
