Head of Property Maintenance

Hunt Companies, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee the upkeep of 500–950 units, leading staff, managing budgets, and ensuring safety and compliance. You will develop preventive maintenance programs, supervise vendors, and coordinate inspections to maintain asset quality.
