Job Description

Hope's Outlet at 1974 E Sherman Blvd. in Muskegon, MI is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our mission-minded team. Our ideal candidate is friendly, hard working, reliable and loves to work with people! If you are looking for a position where you can work in a positive team environment AND help your local community, this job could be a great fit for you!

This is a day job; offered only during regular store hours.

Responsibilities

Assisting customers and donors
Running the cash register and bagging merchandise
Cleaning and organizing the store
Working with a team of people to accomplish various projects and tasks
Daily tagging, stocking and putting away merchandise
Maintaining and updating displays
Performing other tasks as needed

Qualifications

Cashier or retail experience preferred, but not required.
Physical requirements include the ability to regularly lift and move items weighing 25 lbs. or more. The ability to stand and/or walk on hard floors for extended periods of time.

This is a fast paced job; no day looks exactly the same! Sales Associates are important ambassadors for Hope's Outlet and work on the front lines of our mission field every day.
