Job Description
Title: Nurse - Step-down / Telemetry

Schedule: Shift: 0700 - 1930 (3 x 12 hours)

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:
- State-specific nursing license required
- Experience in step-down and telemetry units preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in step-down and telemetry settings.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions while ensuring safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members on patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation provided at the designated HR location.
- Travelers must report to the assigned location on their first day at 7 AM.
