Job Description

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking an experienced and strategic pricing executive to lead our global pricing strategy and execution. As the Vice President, Pricing Strategy & Execution, you will shape and drive value-based pricing strategies across all HPE business units, collaborating closely with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT. You will lead a high-impact team, deliver sustainable margin growth, and be a transformational leader influencing change across a global, matrixed organization.

This position can be based anywhere in the United States.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified global pricing strategy aligned with HPE's business objectives.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing pricing team, overseeing tools, systems, and processes.
• Partner with business unit leaders to implement value-based pricing and ensure contract compliance.
• Drive customer profitability analysis and introduce innovative pricing models to maximize margins.
• Lead complex change initiatives and foster alignment across diverse global stakeholders.

About You

• 10+ years of leadership experience in pricing strategy, ideally within IT, software, or telecom industries.
• Track record of building strong teams and potentially leading a significant revamp of the pricing function, including organizational redesign and recalibration.
• Proven success in developing and executing pricing strategies for complex products and services.
• Experience leading in large, global, matrixed organizations and influencing at the executive level.
• Deep industry expertise and a track record of driving margin growth.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and change management skills.
