Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of telemetry nursing or relevant acute care nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability in a float pool or fast-paced hospital environment
• Comfortable working night shift nursing assignments

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients across the float pool
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly recognize changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to support safe patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain a calm, professional approach while caring for diverse patient needs and acuity levels
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospital telemetry setting
