Keystone is seeking its first General Counsel for a standalone, PE-backed platform business in Boston. This leadership role partners with the CEO, executive team, and Board to drive legal, compliance, and risk programs while enabling growth.

You will build and lead the legal function, oversee commercial agreements and partnerships, manage outside counsel, and own governance and risk frameworks. Compensation includes a substantial base salary plus discretionary bonus, 401k, and benefits; actual
