Head of Finance & Controlling Switzerland (m/w/d) The Head of Finance & Controlling department leads the finance and controlling functions in Switzerland, supervising two direct reports and four indirect reports. This role is a key member of the Board and reports directly to the Executive Director Finance, Region South West. Responsibilities Own and oversee statutory and consolidated financial reporting (IFRS/US GAAP) and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing all tax and risk‑related matters. Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes; monitor and analyze business performance and implement continuous improvement measures. Ensure the company's liquidity by managing planning and financing measures. Actively participate in digitalization and automation of processes to support the company’s transformation. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, controlling, finance, or business administration; additional training preferred. More than five years of managerial experience in controlling or a similar role (e.g., FP&A, Business Finance). Strong understanding of US GAAP and Swiss GAAP requirements, budgeting, forecasting, and a proactive mindset for process improvement. Excellent Excel skills and confident use of ERP systems, ideally SAP. Ability to structure unstructured data and translate analysis into actionable recommendations. Fluency in English and German; French language skills considered an advantage. Openness to new challenges and a strong motivation to contribute to digital transformation.
