Firm Accountant - Bilingual Korean

About The Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Accountant (Korean/English) to join our growing team. This position will support three businesses and play a key role in managing day‑to‑day accounting operations, financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, bookkeeping, and process improvement initiatives across various entities. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and collaborating with leadership teams to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Compensation $29 - $33 hourly Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Operations Manage daily accounting activities for three business entities and operating divisions. Maintain general ledger, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month‑end close processes. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and intercompany transactions. Assist with payroll processing and payroll‑related reporting. Support annual audits, tax preparation, and compliance requirements. Operational Support Analyze financial performance across three businesses and provide operational insights. Develop and improve accounting workflows, internal controls, and financial procedures. Work closely with department managers to monitor budgets and expenses. Assist leadership with special projects, financial modeling, and business analysis. Support the implementation and optimization of accounting software and business systems. Administrative & Cross‑Functional Collaboration Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders in both Korean and English. Coordinate with external CPAs, payroll providers, banks, and financial institutions. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting regulations. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of accounting experience. Professional fluency in both Korean and English (written and verbal). Experience managing accounting functions for multiple entities or business units. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, or similar platforms. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Experience supporting professional services firms, accounting firms, logistics companies, or multi‑entity organizations. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
